Great Product.

This is a fine product. It works well and has no real bells or whisles. The interface is easy to use and has no system flaws. The aluminum case is both tough and lightweight. If you want a case just for the purpose of a case this will work exelently.

I found the weight, despite some concerns from other reviewers, to be a nice feature. When I put it in place, I knew it was not going to move around.
The only sound from it was that of the hard drive, and that was not very loud. Screwing the hard drive to the case keeps it from sliding around inside the case if you wish to transport it.
I had no problems, plugged it in, turned it on and my computer recogonized it right away. Nice transfer speed too.

The product was as advertised, and was shiped within one day. It does what it was advertised to do, enclose a internal hard drive. The included instructions were easy to follow,and I am very satisfied with the product.

Very nice, no problems operating.

Looks very nice and solid, and I didn't have any problems hooking it up to the computer.

Taking one star off for two reasons. The internal bracket for mounting the hard drive is loose by design (can be fixed by bending it a little). And there is the same problem with the support stand. There is no latch or any other way to hold it in place, so it slides off every time the encolsure is moved around.

Sweet enclosure

Got this enclosure today and it worked like a charm!

Pros:
- Easy installation with my 40GB Western digital drive
- Fanless, hence noiseless
- Looks good
- Very solid

Cons:
- Can get quite warm (but not hot)
- Need external power supply
- Need to screw the hard drive on
- Heavy

Though none of these are deal-breakers. Good job CP!
